Among other things that Chevron has done to discredit the plaintiffs’ case, they have put forth a strong case of propaganda, smearing and clouding the facts on this case. If you look at my link about BACKGROUND information I have ONLY posted KNOWN facts. For any piece of information that may disputed or is only a claim or allegation, I have named it as such. Many of the facts that I have put on this website are undisputed by either side, and other facts are drawn from court submissions that i found online. Feel free to post your ‘quick investigations’ that discredit these facts. Clearly lawyers who have been working on the behalf of the Ecuadorians and the Amazon rainforest for 15 years do care… Greg,

It's too sad that other environmentalists will only read this garbage and take it as the ONLY facts in this very important case. It doesn't take much investigating to discredit most of these "facts" as blatant lies put out by these attorneys who could care less about the Ecuadorian people OR the environment. POST THAT!!
